Pricing Information
Office Tracker is licensed based on the number of users (computers) accessing the system. If you will be scheduling and tracking resources such as rooms, facilities, equipment and simliar items, you do not need to add these into your total users.
Office Tracker offers discounted pricing for Educational, Government and Non-Profit Organizations.
Pricing of Add-Ons
Office Tracker Contact Manager or Web Client must be purchased in the same user configuration as the main scheduler -so if you have a 5-user license of the scheduler, you will need to purhase a 5-user license of the add-on. The Office Tracker WebViewer and OTPalm option are purchased based on a single license fee.
Upgrades
Office Tracker upgrades are usually available for a substantial discount to registered users of previous versions, please be sure to contact us for current pricing information if you already own a license of Office Tracker.
Adding Users
Once you purchase a license for a certain number of users you very likely will want to expand at a later time - adding more users to the system. Office Tracker offers transitional pricing for registered users making it more affordable to add on at a later date.
