Office Tracker's Web-Based and Standard Software Solutions Office Tracker offers both of the main scheduling options - the web and desktop client - with only slight differences between the features. You can use them individually or combine them so some users are "desktop" and some are "web-based." Trying out a full working 30-day trial will allow you to see first hand the functionality of both. In addition, we will be happy to answer your questions about the difference between the web and desktop client, and answer any other product feature questions you might have. Having more than one option means you have full control over your information, backups and access. If you utilize the desktop and web client software, you will be able to access data even without an active internet connection. If you choose to add the WebViewer, you can provide wide scale "public" access to schedules on a "view only" basis. Many other solutions only offer one of these options.
